Hi,
Thanks for trying out this plugin.
Can you give me little more details:
1. What steps you did to install the plugin.
2. Which version of the plugin you have installed, latest 1.1 or the old 1.0.
Regards,

– Please do let us know the version of WordPress you are trying on too.

Have the same issue.
Latest WordPress 3.9. Installed the plugin (version 1.1) via ‘Add new plugin’ and then tried to activate it as normal. Error is ‘The plugin does not have a valid header’.
I believe the issue is either with the blank line just after the opening <?php tag in freshdesk-plugin-api.php or the extra trunk folder in the zip file. I strongly suspect it’s the latter which is causing the issue.

JeanPaulH,
Thanks for the pointers,
Give me some time, Will fix this before end of day.

Thanks JeanPaulH, you are correct there was an additional trunk folder inside the zip file.
Believe this bug creeped in when we tested and uploaded for the recent 3.9 update.
Fixed this and pushed in the new version (1.2). Please try the same and let me know whether the issue is resolved.
