    Hi @daviden75,

    Greetings and thanks for your question! This free version of MarketPress doesn’t provide a way to get information from buyers but the premium version does.

    There’s also discussion on how to allow uploads in the checkout process here:

    That discussion is regarding the premium version, but the method of uploading could be of help with this free version as well.
