Page Specific Banners

I’ve been doing some research on this, and can only find posts from 2+ years ago. I’d like to have an “up-to-date” answer on this, in case anything has changed to the resolution. I’m new to the programming world.

How do you set pages to have their own banner? I appreciate any input!
