$lang_ Error after fresh re-install

after i re-installed the latest version of WP,
my site gives an error when i want ti insert an image in
the WySiWyG editor.

it returns an ‘$lang_insert_image_title’ value in the image popup box.

any idea how to resolve this ?

I previously had errors when calling the dashboard, after upgrading.

so i renamed my wp directory from /sela/ to /sela2/
and created a new directory called /sela/ and installed a new version of WP 2.0.5 there.
made my config file correct, added my plugins & theme and
almost everything is fine, exept for the $lang_ errors.
