Admin Password lost

I was asked to made a website so I made the website dollfacepress.com
my admin/password is lost and I also dont have access to FTP/hosting.
the website is registerd on my id. when somebody make changes on the website I get a email. but im unable to login admin.

is there anyway to get the admin password back?
I’m still getting the emails regarding the website. for example that the wordpress version is updated now, you may update some plugin that r available, somebody changed the password hopefully you.
