Cannot see the flip book

I downloaded, installed and activated the plug-in and created a flip book. When I look at the post all I see is the shortcode. I also tried putting the shortcode in a page but again only see the shortcode. After reviewing other support threads, I made sure single-flip_pong.php is in my theme folder (I had to copy the txt file in and rename it). Still cannot see anything but shortcode. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
