"wordpress" user being created on it's own.

Hi guys,
I’ve finally just settled the issue of the site redirecting itself to some stupid Justin Bieber youtube video. That took long enough on it’s own as I had to scan all of my site’s files for a string that was initiating the redirect, then delete the plugin that was causing it.
Now I’m having an issue where a user under the name of “wordpress” keeps getting created without my consent, and it’s user role gets created as Administrator.
I’ve changed all passwords including my own (I’m the only other user), but no matter how many times I delete this “wordpress” user, it reappears roughly 5-10 minutes later, sometimes a bit longer. I would say it started happening around the same time the YouTube redirect issue took place.
I’m a little frightened as my website does include a shop where clients do input some personal info, but I’ve disabled the function until I can get this figured out!
Thoughts and help please?!
