• Hello,

I’ve been playing around with the myGallery plugin for the last week. I like it very much but have a few questions. Maybe someone has an answer?

    1. When I click on a page with a gallery inserted [mygal=test], it directs me to the thumbnail overview. Is there a way to bypass the index with the thumbnails and go straight to the first picture in the gallery? Then my users could just use “>> and <<” to navigate through the pictures.

    2. When using the [myginpage=test] command, is there any way to have the thumbnails show up vertically to the left of the main picture? Or maybe not have the thumbs show up at all on this page? Again, I would like to be able to navigate using “>> and <<” alone since I’m not really into the look of the thumbs.

    3. When I’m using the Lightbox (1 and 2) option, I notice that the picture descriptions are not showing up below the picture when it opens. Is there any way to get picture descriptions to work in Lightbox or am I missung something here?

Sorry for those 3 lengthy questions.

    Kurt

The author of this plugin got back to me and answered my questions.

    1. Is now possible in version 1.3 of myGallery.

    2. Is now possible in version 1.3 of myGallery.

    3. Unfortunately, Lightbox does not do this.
