Duplicate flags after update

Hi there!
I just updated my wordpress from 3.5 to the last 3.8.2 and after this update I got the surprise.
All the flags on the menu bar are now duplicated (8 times each).

I updated even the Polylang plugin at 1.4.4 last version but did not help.

Can you help me please?
