Display different boxes randomized or prioritize when they display

So I’m wanting to have three different boxes to choose from, one for Aweber, one for Facebook likes and one for twitter followers.
I would like all three to display everywhere, however, I would like them to display interexchangibly or at random.
Is there a way to do this?
Or perhaps to give priority to certain boxes and display them in a chain manner.
Say Box 1 (Aweber) is always the first to display, then when a user closes it for 30 days, I have facebook display instead till the user closes that one and on the next page they have the twitter one display till it is closed.
