Hello! I’m sorry that the plugin seems to be giving you some trouble.
I’ll start with the simplest troubleshooting steps; there’s a good chance you already checked all of these but it’s a good starting point:
– Have you double-checked to make sure that the Website and OAuth URLs were copied over to Instagram correctly? The safest way to make sure the OAuth URL is correct is to use the “copy to clipboard” button next to the link on the SI Settings Page.
– Double check that your Instagram App ID and App Secret are copied over to the settings page correctly, without any extra spaces before or after them. I’ve definitely copied and pasted with extra space more times than I care to admit 🙂
– If you have multiple Apps set up in Instagram, make sure that you’re grabbing the info from the correct one
Like I said, those are the initial things to check, and there’s a good chance you’ve already checked them, but it’s always helpful to double-check!
Let me know if any of those helped, otherwise we can move on to some more advanced troubleshooting.

Thanks for getting back!
All good suggestions, but still no success. I thought the extra spaces on my copy and paste might have been the problem but not so. The codes have been copied over exactly.
Only one app in IG so that’s not it and I am definitely using your button for the Oauth URL.
