You can go to appearance -> customize, then under Static front page you can make the post to get appear.

So you did youcheck the “Latest posts” (in appearance >> customize >> static frontpage)
Maybey you should look at your Reading settings:
settings >> reading >> Blog pages show at most: (set it to 1)
(I am assuming that there is a “loop” in your index.php)

Did you try to change the theme to any other one so you can test or check if its appearing or not if yes mean that something wrong in the index.php might be
I just tried another theme and it does not show anything, what do you think I should do?
Can you clarify what you mean by “doesn’t show anything”? I just went to the site you linked in your first post and everything shows up fine.
Yes, what I meant was that I would like my site to show my latest post on the front page. But my site will not show anything of its content on the front page now.
