Background Link has appeared.

Hi,

A link has started to appear at the very top of my website (I think as part of the background), it doesn’t go anywhere except a 404 page. I don’t know where or how to get rid of it! I’ve used Google Chrome (Inspect Element) but to no avail. Be grateful for any help / advice on what to do to get rid of it.
