No option to approve / errors

I recently found out that when people use the uploader for my site, they get a message saying that the file was uploaded successfully. However, it seems that when I go into the Manage UGC option in my dashboard, it doesn’t give me an option to do anything except to delete the file. See screenshot here:

It also appears that I don’t have any option to change my setting for this plugin at this point.

As you can see, it also says that there is an error, how can I fix this issue before it becomes too much of a problem?
