mesocolumn – ads right widget …

    new to wordpress & the mesocolumn theme (v1.6.3).

    looked at all the pre-defined theme locations for including ads.

    managed to experiment & get ads. to display in all locations and using one widget, except i haven’t been successful with the ‘mesocolumn – ads right’ widget.

    can you please list the steps i need to follow in order to get an ad to display in the ‘mesocolumn – ads right’ widget?

    the faq.txt should explained how to use script based ads code if that’s the code you want to insert in ‘ads right widget’

    and it is configurable in theme options->ads settings

    no i am not trying to do anything as advanced as setting up ‘script based ads’.

    i simply tried to get an image to display (html image tags) using ‘mesocolumn – ads right’ widget. what do i have to do before adding the ‘mesocolumn – ads right’ widget to the Right Sidebar? i assume there is somewhere to add the html, ads settings i assume, but i just can’t figure out where.

    its the theme options->advertisement settings-> ads in right sidebar
    there’s no option in the widget, only for re-order right ad position purpose.

    ^ yes, as i said i have managed to get all ad. options to display except this one. i am obviously missing a step.

    here are shots the steps i am following & the result … any ideas?

    I have also been having trouble adding an ad image to the Advertisement in Single Post Bottom widget. Should I start a new thread?

    the searchform shouldn’t be there if the right widget is active.
    do you have widget cache installed, clear them if have one.

    the right sidebar should show the tab and the right ads only but now it had the searchform so it is a cache related issue maybe..
