Error Message & Problem w/ Modals w/ 4/8/14 update

Greetings!

I am having some issues w/ today’s update. I am receiving this error on my Post Pages in admin:
Warning: Missing argument 2 for modal_dialog_plugin::add_post_meta_boxes() in …wp-content/plugins/modal-dialog/modal-dialog.php on line 93

I run one modal and it is not displaying correctly. I have it set to exit modal anywhere, and user cannot exit modal. Fancy box styling is not the same as it used to be. I have disabled all plugins with the exception of Modal Dialog & Gravity Forms (to populate the Modal) and it persists.

Any ideas?
