right sidebar content disappears

    Hi Richie,

    I’ve read the faq and all earlier messages but I couldn’t find the answer to my question.

    I can add widgets in the right sidebar no problem. However when I navigate away from the home page to another page, the sidebar content disappears.

    The other pages are not full width template, and they the leave room for the sidebar. The sidebar itself just doesn’t show.

    I may very well be overlooking something stupid, but your help would be much appreciated!

    I would like to add that both the sidebar and the footer disappear entirely when I navigate away from the home page to any other page or post. I’m looking forward to any suggestions by anyone on this forum :).

    is it cache issue? once saved widgets, you need to clear your cache.
    this shouldn’t be happening in normal state.

    Thank you for getting back to me. I have cleared cache, tried it on different browsers, computers and locations but to no avail.

    something is causing error in single.php, are you using the latest template from 1.6.3

    maybe the comment section? are you using fb or google+ or disqus comment system?

    try open single.php and comment the line in 68 like this
    <?php //comments_template(); ?>
    claer cache etc and try again, i want to check if it is the comments.php causing this issue.

    That doesn’t seem to work either. I’ll be trying a clean sweep, maybe that’ll work. Thanks for your input!

    also try remove all widgets just in case.
