Hi,
We understand, that this phrase shifts responsibility on us. But we ask you to keep in mind that our plugin only creates a block to display the Like button on the page. It is Facebook that is responsible for the rest of functionality.
There may be a problem on their server, or there may be a conflict between the social buttons plugins (at lease two of them function on your page). Unfortunately, we didn’t manage to reproduce this error. Could you please describe the circumstances under which it occurs in more details, so that we could reproduce it and try to fix (of course, if it is caused by the plugin)?
Sincerely,
BestWebSoft Support Team
Hello
Thanks for the reply. I do now understand the limits of your responsibility. Not a problem. I do have a few social plugins active as I try to figure out which I like best.
It seems to be working fine right now and it’s just on occasion that I get the “Login” text instead of the Like button. If I can recreate it and can remember the circumstances I’ll post it here so you can check into it.
Thanks again for your reply!
You get this, well i do when i am logged into facebook. If you are signed into another account not associated with you it is fine.
Try logging out of facebook it should show the button then
Must be it sees your facebook admin settings in the plugin settings page Your Facebook ID xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
If i log out of facebook it is always fine, logged in i always get the issue you have, but other users will see the facebook like button ok
Thank you mrppp for the reply. Seems to be working fine now.
Hi,
