Cannot update/delete plugins via wordpress

    I cannot update/delete any plugins using WordPress admin panel.

    Download failed. Destination directory for file streaming does not exist or is not writable.

    This is an example message when updating.

    Tried setting 775 permission on all wp-content folders and files, even 777 and it did not help.

    Any thoughts?
