Header Options

There are a couple things I’m trying to do with the header and title/tag line areas.

1. I would like to push the Title and Tag-Line to the left side. On the right-hand side, I need to put an address and phone # below it.

2. I am also looking to remove the padding between the menu bar and the body of the pages.

I am new to WP, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
