Hi,
Its the ApiKey for the agent in your freshdesk account. I believe you are checking in the Admin->Agent-> Edit page. Please follow the step below to find your api key.
1. Login to your freshdesk account.
2. Goto your profile settings page (click on right-side top profile icon [image box] menu for settings page)
3. You should find your api key in the right side just below the Change Password option.
