Page Titles

Hello,
I’m a newbie here. I have a site I’m working on. I’ve been “ok” up until now. I have the Vantage Premium theme.
On all of my pages except for the home page (which is custom), the page titles have the page name and then a line that goes North to South. I do not have that in my page title in WordPress but it shows up when you go to the site. SO it looks like…Blog | instead of just Blog
Any help is greatly appreciated.
