One more time

This theme I downloaded seems to work fine.
The links widget is in place but the links are not widgetized,
My links widgetized fine in the last theme but it did have two widgets one that said links and one that said my links so I don’t know if that was the difference. The code in the php funtion appears to be fine. Not that I know anythingabout code but from the older posts I looed through regarding links and widgets.

Please please please respond.
