Change Windows Titlebar?

Hello- It’s seem easy to change the wording on most of the WordPress Windows titlebars. The WordPress php files have standard HTML that allows the Page Title to be edited. However, all windows generated from the wp-admin/post file have the titles similar to the following:

“Create New Post-Wordpress-Microsoft Internet Explorer”
or “Your Comments-Wordpress-Microsoft Internet Explorer” etc…etc.

As the HTML is not contained in the post.php file, can someone please tell me where to find the code that generates the title for these pages so that I can edit them— soecifically substituting the name of my blog for
WordPress? Thanks Much!!!
