Country drop-down list resource?

Contact Form 7 is great, and it’s working well on our non-profit website [URL at the bottom of this post]. We are doing a global film project, and people are responding from all over the world. This brings up my question:
I would like to make a drop-down that allows them to select their country. I know I can create a tag like [whatcountry] and create a selection list – that is no problem. However, a complete list of the world’s countries, with the quote marks for Contact Form 7, would take a LONG time to type in.
Do you know of any resource that already has the country names with the quotes, ready to be dropped in a selection list? I know this is not really part of your plugin work, but if you know of such a resource, it would save me a lot of time.
