site down – php error??

I can’t seem to get onto our site at the moment, I’ve contacted the hosting company and they came back with the following:

‘This looks like an incompatibility with the new version of php. It appears to be a problem with your theme. You might check to see if there is a fix or new update for your theme. I have pasted the error message below.’

I am unable to get into the dashboard to look into this, can anyone help?
