Custom Booking Forms – Admin Email notification

Hi, we have the Pro version but license has expired. If we can resolve this, we’ll re-up! I’m trying to get custom booking fields to appear in the administrative email received when someone books a ticket, and we can’t make it work. Here’s what’s coming through (all custom fields are in format #_BOOKINGFORMCUSTOM{field_id}:
#_BOOKINGFORMCUSTOM{attendee_intro} name (email) will attend WSAPT & ICC Region II 2014 Spring Conference on Monday, April 28, 2014 – Tuesday, April 29, 2014 and is reserving 1 spaces.

First Conference? #_BOOKINGFORMCUSTOM{is_this_your_first_conference_f}I’m using the formatting from your Placeholders page in the dashboard bu wonder if the {text_here} business is correct? It would be great to have an actual example of a customized email somewhere to look at.
Please respond ASAP as this conference is approaching and it’s a bear getting the information we need to the right people. Thank you!
