Custom Booking Forms – Admin Email notification

    Hi, we have the Pro version but license has expired. If we can resolve this, we’ll re-up! I’m trying to get custom booking fields to appear in the administrative email received when someone books a ticket, and we can’t make it work. Here’s what’s coming through (all custom fields are in format #_BOOKINGFORMCUSTOM{field_id}:

    #_BOOKINGFORMCUSTOM{attendee_intro} name (email) will attend WSAPT & ICC Region II 2014 Spring Conference on Monday, April 28, 2014 – Tuesday, April 29, 2014 and is reserving 1 spaces.
    Jurisdiction: #_BOOKINGFORMCUSTOM{jurisdiction}
    Email: email
    Phone: #_BOOKINGFORMCUSTOM{phone}
    WSAPT Member? #_BOOKINGFORMCUSTOM{are_you_a_wsapt_member_f}
    Certified Permit Tech? #_BOOKINGFORMCUSTOM{are_you_a_certified_permit_tech_f}
    First Conference? #_BOOKINGFORMCUSTOM{is_this_your_first_conference_f}

    I’m using the formatting from your Placeholders page in the dashboard bu wonder if the {text_here} business is correct? It would be great to have an actual example of a customized email somewhere to look at.

    Please respond ASAP as this conference is approaching and it’s a bear getting the information we need to the right people. Thank you!

    the above placeholder seems correct; can I know what are you getting instead?

    Hi Angelo, Thanks for your quick reply. This is the confirmation email that came to the admin (email and username did come through, I’ve blanked them out). Am I possibly using the wrong placeholders?:

    #_BOOKINGFORMCUSTOM{attendee_intro} username (email) will attend 2014 Spring Conference on Monday, April 28, 2014 – Tuesday, April 29, 2014 and is reserving 1 spaces.

    Are these fields that are within the user registration system? If so, you’d need to use #_BOOKINGFORMCUSTOMREG{field_id} instead.

    Thank you — these fields are added in the Forms Editor > Attendee Form, we’ve got an Attendee Form called More_Fields. Would these also fall under the user registration — #_BOOKINGFORMCUSTOMREG{field_id}, or is there some other way to call them into the admin booking confirmation email?

    If it’s in an attendee form, then #_BOOKINGATTENDEES is probably what you need:
