Not tracking all my hits

I started using this plugin originally with the Hueman theme and felt it was working really well. I wanted to make some adjustments though so I added a child theme and as soon as I did that I noticed that Adsense didn’t seem to be registering all my visits. I use Piwik and that is registering about twice as many views as Adsense. I was using W3 Total Cache and shut that off but that didn’t seem to make any difference. Anyone else having similar issues?
