Help With "Publicize" in JetPack

Hey All. I’ve been having a lot of problems using the “Publicize” feature of the Jetpack plugin and am hoping somebody can help. The problem is that its not publishing my posts anywhere currently. I was publishing everywhere but google+ (although it did do it randomly). But then it was suggested I unconnect my account from wordpress.com and reconnect. Since ive done that now it doesn’t publish anywhere anymore.

Here is how I have it set up:

My (main admin) profile is connected to wordpress.com. Ive connected (and shared) my social media settings. I also made sure that I am connected to my google plus account as well. You can see in this picture here: http://www.yourrealityrecaps.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/publicize1.jpg

Then I logged in as the other admin, and connected publicize under him to my sites wordpress.com account. Once I did that it shows that all of the services are there under our websites account (that I set up in my main wordpress account above). I did not connect a google+ profile for him though as that shouldn’t matter correct? Now when either myself, the other admin, or any blogger makes a post we click “edit” for publicize on the post page. If I am doing it on my admin account I am able to select or deselect which service to publicize too (from our brands social media sites) and I can add additional text (also all the boxes start off checked). If one of our bloggers tries to use the edit settings, all the boxes are checked yet faded out so they can not choose where it will publish to (im fine with that). They can also add additional text. Yet regardless of who it is when we click to publish the post it does not share the post to our social media sites. So I am perplexed at what the problem could be. This is the main feature I need to be able to do. And just so that im clear, I am trying to make it so that regardless who is posting (an admin, or an author) once they click publish, it will share the post to google+, facebook, twitter, and tumbrl from our websites social media accounts (not the individual social media accounts of each person).

Any help or advice would be truly appreciated. If you need any more info just let me know. Ive emailed jetpack support directly several times and they don’t reply. Thanks!
