create a videos page template

I’ve created a website, one of its sections is ‘videos section’ its include a posts for our activities categorized as ‘video’, all video-posts displayed in a custom page template, currently this page is display a post titles and an excerpt.
The videos is embedded from Youtube.

I need to change it to display a title and a thumb image of the embedded videos.

How could i create that?
