Adding QTranslate to the menu

Hello, I’m using the sirens template which doesn’t allow me to add widgets to the top menu. I don’t know anything about programming but need to add the translate option to the top of the page where it can be seen. I want to use my page in English and Spanish – how can I give people this option?
