Ok to run wp-cron manually?

    Hi,

    There shouldn’t be since all this fix does is replace the cron start from a user action (visit) on your website with a server scheduled nudge. But as always backup your website if you are unsure…

    Thanks for the feedback.

    I used a plugin to see what is running in the wp-cron and w3 total cache had several items set to run on every page refresh.

    I was just curious what if any effects those being run less often would have on the caching.
