• I did something really stupid. I was trying to move my blog from a domain directory (http://sciofrelief.com/justscience) to a subdomain (http://justscience.sciofrelief.com). I didn’t back up or export. I used the safe redirection manager plugin to redirect to the new URL. I checked to see if it was working, and it was, but I didn’t see any of my posts or pages. So, I wanted to go back and export but with the redirection, I couldn’t get back to my admin of the blog I was using (http://sciofrelief.com/justscience). So, I tried transferring all my files from the old directory to the new one except the wp-config.php file.

I tried to troubleshoot, thus it is now very bad. I still have all my files, but I moved them back to their original directory. What can I do to fix all of this?

Sorry for second post. I can see my old blog, but when I try to log in, it takes me to a 404 page from my main site
