Can it work on multisite setup?

I have a new multisite setup and have installed this plugin in the network admin and activated it on the network, but it’s not showing up on the subsite plugin page, so I can’t configure it. Is there a way to make it work? (I can follow find and replace X with Y instructions, but other than that, I don’t know PHP.)
