No the themes and plugins dissappeared from the Dashboard. So I go into the directory remove all of them and then reinstall them and they still didn’t show up!
Same thing happened to me … still trying to resolve.
Check with your host to see if they upgraded something backend (apache, php, mysql?) or tightened up the mod_security ruleset for some reason. Or changed anything else….
Called my host company. They must have made a change in security or something, I needed to change the option for the WordPress URL (under general options) to match the full URL instead of using my domain name. IE: xxxxx.netfirms.com/xxxx.com/xxxx/nfblog
This fixed it for me.
Oh… netfirms… well. Good luck, you’ll need it.
There’s an easy way to avoid losing your blog due to a crash or accidental deletion. Check out this new app called BlogBackupOnline. It’s free to use and I have tried it and it works great. I recommend it!
