Can't find the Plugins button!

    Hello everybody!

    Please help. I exported my wordpress.com content, I bought BlueHost, I installed WP into my BlueHost….. and I imported my content into the wp-admin area. I received the import successful email and everything.

    However. My wp-admin page doesn’t have a plugin button. What have I done wrong?
