MultiSite Needed?

I am making a site for our company and ideally they want two blogs on it.

So one of the blogs would be our blog and the other one would be our press site – but look exactly like the blog.

So I would have domain.com/news/blog and domain.com/news/press-room

Right now I do this by running two wordpress sites and putting in a direct link to the blog (blog.domain.com) and the pressroom is domain.com/news/press-room.

Is this something I should use MU for?
