Z-index value of background layer
Enter the z-index value of the background layer (0 by default).
ID or class of the content container/wrapper
Enter the ID or class of the content container/wrapper. Eg the default WP Theme TwentyEleven uses the ‘#page’ element as content container.
Z-index value of content layer
Enter the z-index value of the background layer (5 by default).
Position of the content container/wrapper
Enter the position of the content container/wrapper. Default value is ‘relative’. Only change it if you know what you’re doing.
Body background color
This option helps you to adjust the default body background color. Leave the field empty to deactivate this option.

I don’t know this theme but based on the theme demo page I guess following settings should work:
Z-index value of background layer: 2
ID or class of the content container/wrapper: #top .wrapper
Z-index value of content layer: 5
Position of the content container/wrapper: relative
