Action Hook for theme editor

I need to write a plugin that asks for a password when editing a plugin or a theme. I share a site with other “super admins” that cannot have access to the source code of the website.

So, if if there was an action hook that only happens during the theme editing, I could just add some code to ask for the password. If I only knew the hook…
