Please Verify Picklist (Multiple Values) Support in API Version

Can anyone please verify that picklist multiple value fields are submitting correctly to Salesforce in the API version of the plugin?
We haven’t been able to get them to work with the web-to-lead version and don’t want to shell out for API access in Salesforce if we don’t have to.
