Types Custom Fields and Post Types

I have a custom post type set up using this plugin.

When I use the “insert more” option into my post, there is the wording
(more…)

In a standard post, this would read (Read more…)—-so I am assuming that this wording is somehow associated with this plugin & creating the custom post type.

Where can I change this wording? When I look at the code editor, I do see ‘more’ in the list of terms for arrays, etc.
