paragraph justification

As you can see here on this post http://weddings.taylorgrocerycatering.com/michael-and-ashley-sheils/
the words in the text area split up and run to the next line. How do I stop that from happening?

It seems like it’s only when I use the Quote option. I like the way it looks so is their a quick fix for this?
