Sales Tax for specific countries

    Hi again

    Still regarding sales tax, I understand that in the settings you can set a rate for your country (ie UK) and a rate for other countries.

    This is currently set at 20% for UK and 0 for other countries.

    But sales tax should be added for all countries within the EU. Is there a file or a function that can be amended or a list of countries somewhere so that I can add the 20% to UK and x, y and z, and then the 0 for all other countries?
