Admin Panel CSS Broken, Menu Editing Options Not There

    Hi all,

    My site seems to be working alright in the frontend. But the admin panel seems messed up a lot, right from the login page where there is no CSS.

    In the Admin dashboard, the fly-out menu is not working. When I edit the menu, the option dropdown is not coming.

    In the widget area, all the boxes are scrambled, making it difficult to work with and drag and drop is not working either. All of this is happening after 3.8.1 update.

    I replaced both wp-admin and wp-includes folders to no avail.

    Kindly help.
