Confirmation Email not working

In the WP UPME (User Profile Made Easy) plugin once a new subscriber has completed his registration form, he/she receives a WP confirmation email. This is working Ok. The subscriber confirms the link in this email and I (admin) receive the WP email informing me about this new subscriber. This is also working fine. The problem arises when the new subscriber tries to login (in the webiste http://www.lbconsulting.cl) and he/she then receives an error message that says must confirm the email sent (by WP) in order to be able to log in. Currently, I´m in a loop since all the previous steps work fine, until the subscriber tries to login in the website and gets the error message over and over again. On the other hand, when I completed the all the previous steps for my subscription the system worked fine. Any thoughts? Thank you. Abraham.
