Lost password, no email or php access

I hope someone can help.

I have lost my password for my wordpress account. Hotmail have deleted the account I set up wordpress with and can not reactivate it and get a new password using the lost password button. The blog is free one and hosted by wordpress so I can not use php admin to change the password.

Is access lost forever?

Any suggestions appreciated!
