Rejected URIs doesn't work

I’m using development version and it seems to that Rejected URIs doesn’t work. Also in wp-cache-config.php there is bug http://f.cl.ly/items/0M0S2Q021K2r3j2C3k0r/Image%202014-03-21%20at%2011.12.00%20am.png (line 42, 43 – arrays)
