That’s almost always caused by your theme CSS overriding the EasyRecipe CSS. It’s usually easily fixed by adding a little Custom CSS in EasyRecipe.
If you submit a support ticket at http://support.easyrecipeplugin.com/submit-a-support-ticket/ we’ll be able to show you what to do.
I tried to submit a support ticket that way before coming here, but all I got was error messages…will try again.
Yeah…I’m still just getting “server errors” when trying to submit requests at that site.
Thanks! Request now submitted through the link given.
Fixed! Yeah! Thank you for fixing this so quickly!
How did you resolve this? I wrote about the same problem days ago and still do not have a resolution. Thank you!
Once I was able to submit a request through the plugin author’s website (http://support.easyrecipeplugin.com/submit-a-support-ticket/), he sent me some code to put in the “geeky stuff” tab and I copied/pasted it in and that was it. I’m not sure why he didn’t just post it here for me, but maybe the code is different for different sites?? I wouldn’t want to mess up your site, so I’m hesitant to share the code here since he didn’t…but if you don’t have any luck hearing back from him I could send you what he sent me if you want to try it…just be sure to do a backup of your site first :).
