Help with inbedding HTML

Help! I run a couponing blog and in order to get paid for my prints I have to have their Savings Center on my page….anyway, I am trying to input the HTML code in order for it to be a page on my blog but it simply keeps it as plain text and doesn’t load the actual graphics. I have gone to appearance and tried to research it the best I can, but I simply can’t figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated! If this helps, here’s the code:
