No options showing under "Styles and Scripts"

I’m having issues with WooCommerce not showing the color options under the “Styles and Scripts” like it’s suppose to. It works fine on my other site but for some reason it wont even show up on this second site.

I have the latest version of WordPress and the latest version of WooCommerce.
